What to include
- the email address associated with your chart.fast account;
- what you were trying to do and what happened;
- the chart link, approximate time, and trace ID if one was shown; and
- for billing questions, the charge date and plan or expansion purchase.
Do not email passwords, API keys, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive source data.
Privacy, legal, and security
Use the same address for privacy requests, legal notices, refund requests, or responsible disclosure of a security issue. Put the topic in the subject line so it can be routed correctly.
