Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time through Account → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end paid access immediately. You will keep your paid plan and remaining benefits through the end of the current billing period.

If you cannot access the billing portal, email contact@infernobeam.io from the address associated with your account before the renewal date.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, and we do not provide prorated refunds or cash value for unused time or unused monthly generations. We may issue a refund or account credit when we confirm a duplicate charge, billing error, or material service failure.

Any refund rights required by the law where you live still apply. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protections.

Expansion packs are one-time purchases. If none of the expansion generations from a purchase have been used, you may request a refund and we will review the purchase. Once any generation from that pack has been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law or when we confirm a billing or service error.

Email contact@infernobeam.io with the email on your chart.fast account, the charge date, the plan or expansion purchase, and a short explanation. Never send a full card number, password, or secret key.

If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank determine when the funds appear.

Please contact us first if you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment is incorrect so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or card issuer.

We may update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect when you made a purchase will govern that purchase unless a later change is more favorable to you or applicable law requires otherwise.
