Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and chart.fast (“chart.fast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use chart.fast for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person or organization may not create or coordinate accounts to evade plan limits, usage controls, or enforcement actions.

chart.fast helps you research, generate, edit, store, share, and export charts. Some features use artificial intelligence and third-party information sources.

AI output and research may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing charts, data, citations, labels, and conclusions before relying on or publishing them. chart.fast is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or other expert advice.

You retain ownership of content you submit and charts you create, to the extent permitted by law. You give us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for data, text, images, logos, files, URLs, and other material you submit. You may use exported charts commercially, but you remain responsible for third-party rights, source licenses, attribution requirements, and the accuracy of the finished work.

If you create a public chart link, anyone with the link may be able to view and share its contents. Do not publish confidential or sensitive information through a public link.

You may not use chart.fast to:

• break the law, infringe rights, deceive others, or create harmful or abusive material;
• upload malware or interfere with the service, another account, or connected systems;
• probe, bypass, or defeat access controls, security measures, plan limits, or generation allowances;
• use unauthorized automation that degrades the service or extracts the service, models, or underlying software; or
• resell account access or misrepresent chart.fast output as independently verified.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew monthly until canceled. The plan, price, included successful chart generations, and any taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase. Stripe processes payments and may calculate applicable taxes automatically based on the information available at checkout.

Monthly generation allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Optional expansion generations are a one-time purchase for active paid accounts and remain available until used. Editing or exporting an existing chart does not consume a generation.

You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees, one-time purchases, and applicable taxes. We may change prices prospectively by giving notice before the change applies to a future billing period.

You may cancel through Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you will keep paid access until then. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains refund eligibility and how expansion purchases are handled.

We may add, change, or remove features and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

You may stop using chart.fast at any time. Contact us to request account deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, chart.fast is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, error-free output, or that generated material will meet every legal, editorial, or business requirement. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, chart.fast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to chart.fast during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
