Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to chart.fast websites, accounts, chart-generation tools, exports, billing features, and support. It does not control third-party websites or services you choose to visit.

• Account information: your name, email address, password hash, account identifiers, and authentication session information.
• Chart content: prompts, pasted data, uploaded files and images, source URLs, themes, logos, generated charts, edits, exports, and public-share settings.
• Billing information: Stripe customer, subscription, transaction, payment-status, billing-address, and tax information. Stripe processes payment credentials directly; chart.fast does not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device details, referring page, request metadata, feature events, generation usage, errors, diagnostic traces, and limited prompt or data previews needed to investigate a request.
• Communications: messages, attachments, and account details you send when requesting support, privacy help, or a refund.

We use information to provide and personalize chart.fast; authenticate accounts; generate, save, share, and export charts; process payments and taxes; measure generation allowances; prevent abuse and fraud; troubleshoot errors; improve reliability and product experience; respond to support; communicate service or billing updates; and meet legal obligations.

Where required, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent, and compliance with law.

To generate or research a chart, we send the content needed for that request to OpenAI. This may include your prompt, data, uploads, source URLs, and instructions. OpenAI processes that information under its terms, privacy policy, and API data settings.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, regulated data, or other confidential material unless you have authority to process it this way and have assessed whether the service is appropriate for that information.

We share information only as needed to operate the service, complete a transaction, follow your instructions, protect rights and safety, or comply with law. Our main provider categories include:

• OpenAI for chart generation, web search, and research tools;
• Stripe for payments, subscriptions, fraud prevention, invoicing, and tax calculation;
• Vercel for application hosting and Neon for managed Postgres;
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for privacy-focused product and performance measurement; and
• professional advisers, authorities, or transaction counterparties when legally required or in connection with a business reorganization.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

chart.fast uses essential cookies or similar storage for sign-in, account security, and preferences. Vercel Analytics provides aggregate usage measurement without third-party advertising cookies. Speed Insights measures page performance. Browser or device controls may let you clear local storage or cookies, but disabling essential storage can prevent account features from working.

Charts you publish with a public link can be accessed and reshared by anyone who has that link. Search engines, social platforms, or other services may cache public chart previews. If you ask chart.fast to retrieve a URL or research a source, the destination may receive ordinary request information needed to provide that content.

We retain account and chart information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service. We may keep billing records, security logs, diagnostic traces, backups, and other information longer when necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, legal compliance, or enforcing agreements. Retention varies by the type of information and why it is held.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

chart.fast and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, providers use contractual or legal transfer mechanisms for information moved across borders.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request or complain to a data-protection authority.

Send a request from the email associated with your account to contact@infernobeam.io. We may need to verify your identity. You can manage subscription cancellation through Account → Manage billing.

chart.fast is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the service.

We may update this policy as chart.fast changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
